DESCRIPTION

MATERIAL
    • Melamine medium density fiberboard: It is often used in the production of laboratory wooden storage cabinets. For example, 18mm thick melamine medium density fiberboard is used, and the periphery is edge-sealed with PVC edge banding strips, which can improve durability and aesthetics, and enhance its ability to resist the influence of external factors.
    • Particleboard or MDF: Select environmentally friendly E1 grade or above particleboard or MDF. The thickness is usually 16-18mm, and the surface can be covered with a wear-resistant and easy-to-clean finish, which has good stability and load-bearing capacity.
    • Multilayer plywood: It is composed of two or more layers of thin wood slices stacked alternately, with high strength and stability. It is often used to make the outer panels and partitions of the cabinet body, providing additional support and protection.

FEATURE
    • Aesthetic and Natural: The natural texture and texture of the wood can create a warm and natural atmosphere for the laboratory, enabling it to meet practical functions while also enhancing the overall aesthetics of the laboratory.
    • Environmentally Friendly and Healthy: Less chemical substances are used in the manufacturing process, resulting in less pollution to the environment. It meets the requirements of modern laboratories for environmentally friendly materials and helps to ensure the health of laboratory personnel.
    • Easy to Process: It is easy for processing operations such as cutting, drilling, and splicing. According to the special needs of the laboratory, it can be customized into storage cabinets of various sizes, shapes, and styles to meet different storage requirements.
    • Good Insulation Performance: Wood is a good insulator, which can effectively prevent the generation of static electricity and the conduction of current, reducing the safety risks caused by static electricity or electric leakage during the experiment.

TYPE
    • Medicine Cabinets: Mainly used for storing various chemical drugs, reagents, etc. Usually, they adopt a classified storage design. For example, solid reagents and liquid reagents are stored separately, and special drugs such as those with high toxicity or high cost are stored separately, which is convenient for management and access, and prevents the drugs from being contaminated or damaged by the external environment.
    • Warehouse Cabinets for Glassware: Used for storing various glassware, ceramic ware, etc. used in experiments. There are usually multiple layers of partitions inside, and the height of the partitions can be adjusted according to the size of the glassware to better store and protect the glassware.
    • File Cabinets: Used for storing various documents, materials, reports, etc. of the laboratory. Generally, they have good sealing performance to prevent the documents from getting damp, mildewing or being contaminated by dust. Some file cabinets are also equipped with locks to ensure the security of the documents.
    • Locker Cabinets: Provide space for laboratory personnel to store clothes and personal items, which is convenient for laboratory personnel to change work clothes before entering the laboratory and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory.

MAINTENCE
    • Cleaning: Regularly wipe the surface of the cabinet with a clean soft cloth to remove dust and stains. For stubborn stains, a mild cleaner can be used, but avoid using cleaners containing corrosive ingredients to prevent damage to the surface of the cabinet.
    • Moisture Prevention: Wood is prone to getting damp and deforming. Avoid placing wooden storage cabinets in damp places, such as near water sources or in poorly ventilated corners. If the humidity in the laboratory is high, a dehumidifier can be considered to control the humidity, or desiccants can be placed inside the cabinet.
    • Sun Protection: Avoid exposing the storage cabinet to the sun for a long time to prevent the wood from fading, cracking or deforming. You can reduce direct sunlight by installing curtains or sunshades.
    • Collision Prevention: Pay attention to avoid collisions between the cabinet and other objects during handling and use to prevent scratches or damage to the surface of the cabinet.
    • Regular Inspection: Regularly check whether the structure of the cabinet is firm and whether the connectors are loose. If there are any problems, repair or replace them in time to ensure the safety and service life of the cabinet.
