SPECIFICATION
①The safety cabinet is fabricated with double-wall 18 Ga (1.2-mm) steel plate via spot welding, possessing a (38-mm) insulating air gap to enhance fire resistance.
②Ventilation mechanisms are installed on both the left and right flanks to efficiently diminish the density of volatile substances and avert the occurrence of fire hazards.
③Undergoing resin powder coating processing, the cabinet surface exhibits a lustrous finish, while being dustproof, rustproof and resistant to moisture.
④The three-point interlocking lock minimizes friction and mechanical spark generation, as well as curbing static electricity build-up.
⑤The cabinets are equipped with a leak-tight 2 in. (51-mm) bottom reservoir and dual vents furnished with flame suppressors.
⑥Galvanized steel racks guide spills towards the rear and bottom of the leak-proof sump. These racks can be adjusted at intervals of (80-mm) to accommodate diverse storage requirements, with a maximum load-bearing capacity of 100kg per shelf and an 8cm spacing between each tier.
⑦The seamless piano hinge ensures the smooth opening and closing of the cabinet door.
⑧The reflective cautionary labels remain highly conspicuous either in the event of a fire or during a power outage when illuminated by a flashlight.
COLOR CLASSIFICATION
Normally yellow color is for flammable substance storage, red color is for combustible substances storage, blue color is for weak corrosion substance storage, and gray color is for narcotics storage.
