1. New plastic aluminum structure, overall 1200*600*780mm. The student seat is hollow, ergonomically designed, simple and beautiful, and all the places prone to collision are rounded.


2. The table top can be equipped with physical and chemical plates or ceramic plates.


3. Schoolbag bucket: The overall size is 400*260*100mm, and it is made of environmentally friendly ABS plastic engineering one-time injection molding. The bottom and face are added with warp and weft reinforcement ribs to prevent deformation and bending. The surface is rounded, simple and generous. A screw hole is injected in the center of the front end of the schoolbag bucket, and the schoolbag bucket is fixed to the middle beam by screws. It is detachable and easy to assemble. The concave round groove hanging stool slot is set in the middle to facilitate the storage and placement of laboratory stools, making the overall image of the laboratory more tidy and beautiful.

The side adopts a three-section high-strength aluminum alloy structure, with overall specifications of 562*770mm, of which the upper bracket size is 562*143*50mm, and the lower bracket size is 562*133*50mm. The column adopts an inclined design, with 20mm of upper and lower cast aluminum brackets embedded in it, and a reinforced support beam is equipped at the rear end. The upper and lower brackets on the side are formed by 4mm thick aluminum die-casting in one step. Special positioning parts are set for each part, and they are connected and fixed with high-strength hexagon socket screws 8*25, two on the upper and lower sides, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly. The streamlined design of the appearance is simple and beautiful, and all the places prone to collision are rounded. The upper and lower brackets each have two wiring holes with a diameter of 16mm. The power core can be connected to the power supply in the column for power connection, which is convenient for wiring and routing to avoid wire exposure. There is also a plastic protective cover to cover and protect the power core to ensure the safety of electricity use. 5. The column adopts a diamond octagonal structure design with a specification of 105*50mm and a thickness of 1.5mm. 6. The front beam, middle beam, rear beam and middle and lower beams are all made of high-strength extruded aluminum alloy mold profiles. Special positioning parts are set for each part, and they are connected with high-strength hexagon socket screws, which are convenient for assembly and disassembly. The appearance is streamlined and simple and beautiful. The surface of the aluminum is treated with epoxy resin outdoor powder electrostatic spraying. It has strong load-bearing performance and is acid, alkali and corrosion resistant. The size of the middle beam is 37*28mm. A unique aluminum tear line is designed on the aluminum. 7. The back water retaining strip is extruded and formed by a mold, and different heights of embedded bayonet water retaining strips are provided according to the thickness of the table top. In addition, aluminum alloy water retaining blocks of corresponding sizes are provided to fix the aluminum alloy table corners and water retaining strips on both sides. The aluminum alloy water retaining block is die-casted by aluminum alloy, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin outdoor powder.


8. Lower bracket foot: A circular hole with a diameter of 10mm is set at each end of the lower bracket foot, and the die-cast bracket is tapped. It can be fixed to the ground by pulling screws or used with an adjustment foot with a diameter of 50mm. The adjustment foot is made of 12×50 national standard screw and high-quality plastic injection molding, with strong load-bearing capacity. The side corners of the table are equipped with ABS foot cover decorative covers in different decorative colors.


9. The entire table has been tested by a national authoritative third-party testing agency. The metal surface coating is smooth and uniform, with consistent color, without defects such as sagging, lumps, wrinkles, and flying paint. The contact with the human body is smooth and burr-free; the mechanical properties of the table have been tested and meet the standard requirements of GB 24820-2009 "General Technical Conditions for Laboratory Furniture"; the aluminum alloy profiles used in the table have been tested, and the dimensional deviation, mechanical properties and chemical composition are in line with the standard requirements of GB/T 5237.4-2017 "Aluminum Alloy Building Profiles"; the Vickers hardness of the aluminum material reaches 77, the hydrochloric acid resistance test is qualified, and the solvent resistance test reaches level 4.
