Phenolic Resin Countertop

COMPOSITION

① Chemical-resistant Film: EBC electron beam curing for resistance.

② Decorative paper: melamine resin treated. Core: phenolic resin-impregnated kraft papers.

③ Bonding: over 1430 psi at ~300°F (150°C).

ADVANTAGE

3. Excellent molding processability: Unsaturated acid double bonds in polyester part provide conditions for free radical addition polymerization, simplifying molding.
4. Impact resistance:  High-pressure kraft paper & phenolic resin make panel strong.
5. High temperature resistance: Solid core board's surface has strong protection against burning cigarettes, is flame retardant and won't melt or explode.
6. Scratch resistance: Special surface structure endows it with good scratch resistance.
7. Wear resistance: Strong wear resistance, suitable for places with heavy objects or frequent cleaning.
8. Easy to clean: Tight and non-permeable surface makes dust hard to adhere, and can be easily cleaned with solvents without fading.
9. Multiple colors: Special material allows customization.
10. Multiple thicknesses: Produced in various (12.7, 14.6, 16, 19, 25mm) for choice.
